This role involves the continuous checking and maintenance of customer data to guarantee that all customer-related information is up-to-date and accurate. A key responsibility is to coordinate with the sales team to follow up on local customers who have submitted a request form (specifically for the purchase of product 2R) through the established system. Furthermore, the role requires summarizing and performing data updates on the customer database, based on information provided by the Astemo Group. Finally, the employee must prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual work reports to their supervisor.

Persyaratan

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Language: Intermediate English proficiency is a plus.
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Work Traits: Disciplined and able to handle pressure.
• Placement: Must be willing to be stationed in Cibitung MM2100.

Tanggung Jawab

• Data Integrity: Continuously check, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all customer data.
• Sales Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on local customers who have initiated a purchase request (Product 2R) via the system.
• Database Management (Astemo Group): Recap/summarize the customer database and perform necessary data updates based on information received from the Astemo Group.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual work reports to the direct supervisor.
