Daily tasks also include promptly responding to workers’ safety concerns, coordinating all matters related to hazardous materials or waste, and arranging OSHA-mandated site evaluations. Furthermore, the role assists in preparing the construction health and safety plan, attends project planning meetings to collaborate with construction managers, and establishes health and safety communication structures. Finally, the role is responsible for testing the effectiveness of emergency response plans and continuously monitoring and updating all safety-related documents, reports, and issues.

Persyaratan

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety, specifically handling project safety in construction or Fire System projects.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Fire System projects.
• Certification: Must possess a valid AK3 certificate from Disnakertrans.
• Language Skills: Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English communication.
• Analytical Skills: Capable of performing Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) in project areas.

Tanggung Jawab

• Site Safety Assurance: Conduct continuous site inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Subcontractor Management: Assess and approve subcontractor safety plans.
• Equipment Quality: Verify the quality and safety of all tools and equipment.
• Safety Promotion: Actively promote and enforce safe practices, guidelines, and programs.
• Emergency Preparedness: Organize and conduct emergency drills and exercises.
• Accident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace accidents.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all safety reports are submitted to government institutions and manage all safety-related communications with government departments.
• OSHA & Evaluations: Arrange OSHA-mandated site evaluations.
• Worker Relations: Respond promptly to workers’ safety concerns.
• Hazardous Materials: Coordinate all issues related to hazardous materials or waste.
• Planning & Collaboration: Assist in preparing the health and safety plan, and collaborate with construction managers in project planning meetings.
• Communication Structure: Establish and maintain formal health and safety communication structures.
• Plan Testing: Test the effectiveness of site emergency response plans.
• Documentation Management: Continuously monitor and update all safety documents, reports, and issues.
